memshot sells custom-generated digital files. Because each order is created uniquely on demand, all sales are final and non-refundable. We're confident in this policy because we offer everything you need to get a result you love before — and after — you pay.

Before you pay

• You can generate a free, watermarked preview to judge quality.
• Pricing is transparent — no hidden charges.
• Each package clearly lists the number of 4K downloads, styles, regenerations, and support level included.
• Payments are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

After you pay

• Mini includes 1 free regeneration if you're not happy with the first result.
• Classic includes 3 free regenerations + AI assistant support.
• Premium includes unlimited regenerations + 1-on-1 human refinement.
• If your regenerations run out, our team personally helps refine the result at no extra cost.

What is delivered

Paid packages deliver watermark-free 4K digital image files. We do not ship physical prints, frames, albums, or canvases. You can download the files and print them through any local or online print service.

Exceptions

• If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us at hello@memshot.org within 7 days.
• If we cannot deliver the purchased digital files or provide a working replacement, we will make it right, which may include a refund at our discretion.
• Duplicate accidental purchases may be reviewed if you contact us before downloading or using the additional package.
