Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. The photos you upload are intimate memories — we treat them with the care we'd want for our own.

What we collect

• Photos you upload to generate AI portraits.
• Order details (email, package, generation history).
• Basic technical data (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
• Payment metadata from Creem or another approved checkout provider. We never store full card numbers.

How we use your photos

• To process your order and generate your AI portraits.
• To provide support, regenerations, and internal quality or safety review.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models.
• We do not publicly display your photos or results unless you have explicitly given marketing consent at checkout.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers for authentication, storage, email, payment processing, and AI generation. They may process data only as needed to provide the service. Payment card details are handled by the checkout provider, not by memshot.

Storage and retention

• Original uploads are stored in private storage and automatically marked for deletion 30 days after order completion unless a longer support window is needed.
• Final HD deliverables are retained for 180 days so you can re-download.
• You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us from the address used for your order. We respond within 30 days. Deletion requests for uploaded photos are normally completed within 7 days, unless we must retain limited records for fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, or legal compliance.

Children and consent

If a photo includes a child, you must be the child's parent or guardian or have permission from the parent or guardian to upload and transform that image. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.
