How does the free preview work?+
Upload one photo, pick a style, and we'll generate a low-resolution watermarked sample so you can judge the quality before paying.
Are the final files really print-ready?+
Yes. Every paid output is rendered at 4K, color-graded for skin tone, and sized for canvas, photo paper, or framed prints up to 24×36 inches.
How long does delivery take?+
Previews appear in seconds. The 4K version is rendered in 1–3 minutes after you select your favorite. Premium 1-on-1 service: timing scoped per project.
What happens if I'm not happy with the result?+
Use your included regenerations. After they're used, our team steps in personally — no extra cost.
What do I receive after purchase?+
A paid package unlocks watermark-free 4K digital image files. memshot does not ship physical prints; you can download the files and print them anywhere you choose.
What photos should I upload?+
Use clear, well-lit photos where faces are visible. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, extreme blur, and tiny cropped faces. For family portraits, separate photos of each person are accepted.
Privacy & rights
Are my photos safe?+
Yes. Uploads go to private storage, are not shared publicly without your consent, and aren't used to train AI models.
Can I delete my photos after my order?+
Yes. Use the privacy request form or email hello@memshot.org. We honor all deletion requests within 7 days.
Who owns the final portrait?+
You do, for personal use. Commercial use (e.g., a venue ad) requires a separate license — just email us.
Can you use my result in your gallery?+
Only if you explicitly give marketing consent. We never publish your uploads or final portraits by default.
Do you collect payment card numbers?+
No. Card details are handled by Creem or another secure checkout provider. memshot stores payment status and order metadata, not full card numbers.
Can I request a copy of my data?+
Yes. Email hello@memshot.org from the account email used for your order and we will respond within 30 days.

What's the difference between Mini, Classic, and Premium?+
Mini gives you 1 4K download with 1 regeneration. Classic gives you 4 downloads with 3 regenerations plus AI assistant. Premium gives you 10 downloads, unlimited regenerations, and 1-on-1 human refinement.
Is there a subscription?+
Never. memshot is one-time payment per package, per moment.
Do you offer refunds?+
Because every result is custom-generated digital, all sales are final. We solve quality issues with regenerations and personal support.
Do I need to create an account?+
Yes. Free previews require sign-in so we can protect the daily preview and upload limits. You can sign in with Google or an email magic link.
What if a technical issue prevents delivery?+
Email hello@memshot.org within 7 days. If we cannot deliver the digital files or provide a working replacement, we will resolve the issue according to the refund policy.
Which currencies and taxes apply?+
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated during checkout by the payment provider.
